While there isn’t an official definition, encourage your team members to the discussion of ALL supply chain functions. Similar to the “wheel of life”, each function is truly essential to the supply chain. Therefore it’s essential to learn, practice, collaborate and begin filling in the knowledge gap even if your company, your division is only responsible for one of the functions.
